This is a parts firearm.
Left barrel is blown from chamber towards muzzle by 6". Top rib has separated from chamber just past mid barrel. Bores are grey showing light roughness. Action cocks, a screw and a nut is holding the rear tang. Metal shows patina, dents, finish wear and scratches.
Wood shows a cracked forearm with chips and pieces of wood missing. The rear stock is cracked and chipped by the lock plates and upper/lower tangs; there is a lot of repair putty covering the area, grip area is also cracked at top. Rear of the stock also shows cracks by butt plate. There are scratches, dents, chips, finish wear.

This is a parts firearm. Bolt is missing, there are assorted screws missing from various areas.
Stock is broken, there is duct tape on the grip area and rear of stock. stock is painted. There are scratches, scuffs, dents, tape adhesive.
Metal shows front and rear sight is missing, receiver has scope mounts, there is no bolt, trigger action does not work. Magazine follower with spring present. There are scratches, scuffs, finish wear on the firearm. There is also rust present on the barrel.
Bore is shiny with light rifling present.

Your items are available for pickup on the Wednesday following the sale for a period of two weeks. Please email cs@landsboroughauctions.com to make alternate arrangements.

A $5.00 per item per day will be charged on items not picked up beyond the two-week period following our auction.
Shipping Details:
A prerequisite of our auction is to select your preference to pick up or have items shipped. We will honour your selection. Items will be shipped together when possible. Shipping charges are determined after items have been packaged and weighed. There will be $15.00 per package handling charge. Specific items cannot be or will not be shipped (for example black powder or very large or expensive-to-ship items).
All items are sent by Canada Post or Purolator Courier depending on location, size of parcel and regulations.
Items will be insured and a signature required.
We ship ammunition ONLY within Canada. Ammunition and firearms are shipped separately.
Dangerous goods (ammunition, powder, muzzle loading ignition, primers and compressed gases) will be shipped by Purolator. We require a physical address as Purolator does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please note we can only use Purolator for ammo and their costs will be more expensive than in the past. Purolator and UPS are the only option for shipping ammunition in Canada.

You have sole responsibility for your purchases. You and or your importing FFL will be required to file paperwork with BATF in order to import an item. In Canada, a valid P.A.L. (possession and acquisition license) is required to acquire firearms and ammunition. Firearm registration applies to all restricted and prohibited firearms purchased within Canada. All restricted and prohibited firearms will have their transfer started on auction day. USA and International bidders have sole responsibility for their purchases and a $40.00 administrative fee is applied on all firearms sales. If purchased items cannot be imported, the items will be sold at the next available auction. Consignment commissions are applicable on the resale. Please note that we do not ship ammunition outside Canada.
