There is a RESERVE of $800 on this older Shotgun.

Cogswell & Harrison 12 Bore English shotgun with English scroll engraving.

Barrels are choked Full & IC with 2 3/4" chambers. Double trigger with ejectors and
assisted opening.

Condition. Fine with bright bored and very solid lock up.
Barrels measure 30 inch long.
Metal syrfaces retain about 40% finish with receiver remaining bright.
Stocks remain full-sized with some varnish loss and soft checkering.
Modern soft recoil pad is installed..
Mechanically appears fine.

Serial number is 40525 which puts the unit into 1907 manufacture..

Still has the original paper label inside the case lid.

Original Case of canvas and leather covered wood.. Has the initial stamped ontop
Some stains and craks but is sound - Brass lock stillfunctions well.
Inside was a nice red velvet material liner but that has lots of wear and some tears
and holes.

Also has original wood cleaning rods, oil bottle (glass with silver lid) and cleaning
attachments.. Wire ball and Mesh Swab tips..
Has an old leather material butt pad labeled Broadway Jostam Mfg that has
the pad which has come adrft from sides - needs restiching.

Wood is all sound with no cracks and appears all original finish..

Cogswell & Harrison was established in May 1770 and is London’s oldest surviving
gun maker. The company has manufactured an exceptionally diverse range of
sporting shotguns and rifles during its long and colourful history.
In 2008 the company was purchased by the Brennan family, the proprietors of

by side and premium over and under shotguns.
