Sights/Optics: There are no provisions for the rear iron sights but does have front
sight. The top of the grooved receiver is ready for Sako style rings.

Stock Configuration and Condition: The stock is one-piece checkered wood with a
capped pistol grip, fluted straight comb with cheek-piece, and a serrated hard rubber
Sako butt pad which needs replacing.
There are sling swivels on the belly of the buttstock and the underside of the forend.
There are several dispersed nicks, draglines, scuffs, and compressions throughout
with the highest concentration on the sides of the buttstock. The checkering shows
light-moderate wear and remains well defined. There are no chips or cracks.
The LOP is 13 1/2 inch from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttplate.
The buttplate has scuffing that is most notable at the heel and toe and some minor
discoloration in the serrations. Overall, the stock rates in Very Good condition.

Finish Originality: Original

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is well defined. There is no erosion
in the bore. In this writer’s opinion, the bore rates 9 out of 10.

Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 95% of its current metal finish. There is
finish loss around the crown and the barrel has some scattered light scratches and
nicks. All markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in Very Good-Fine condition.

Mechanics: The action functions correctly.
