Winchester Model 12 RARE Featherweight Non TakeDown Pump Action Shotgun 12 ga - 1958
This is the rare model that does not feature the pin release for easy take down at
end of the mag tube. The featherweight has a quick takedown feature. A knurled knob
at the end of the magazine releases the barrel. The simplified design and an
aluminum-alloy trigger guard shed some weight.
It is about a pound lighter than a standard model.
They were made from 1958 to 1962.
Only 129,630 were built.
28 in. blued barrel marked Winchester Trademark Made in USA, Model 12
Featherweight, 12 GA 2 3/4 Cham. Mod 530 - The 530 is serial number
match to the receiver which has number 180530 F =1958 Manufacture 1st year
Production.
Barrel has shiney bluing as has the receiver in about 90% condition - Only highlights
on edges is seen. Bluing is overall excellant and very even with nice gloss.
Overall condition of the firearm is excellant and all original - a nice collector example.
Has fixed front sight bead.
The Tubular magazine located beneath the barrel for least 5 rounds.
Has the unusual for Model 12 a screw in take down mechanizm.
The walnut stock with comes with original Winchester Butt Plate
The stock is in good condition with no cracks or major dents - the varnish is unblemished
The wood foregrip is good with no cracks and appears orginal finish.
Overall length 47.25 in.

When shipping is required for any purchase an additional charge will occur the day the item has been shipped. We ship mainly at cost via Canada Post.
Please note that due to restrictions we will ship all Ammunition by courier Canada wide - No Ammo, or Firearms, can be shipped outside of Canada.. WE SHIP AMMO ONLY VIA UPS OR PUROLATOR.... We cannot ship ammunition to a PO BOX - Please note that if we cannot ship to your address the item is forfeited and NO REFUND will be given..
We are NOT responsible for damage during shipping. We don't guarantee delivery times and will not refund shipping charges for parcels that are not delivered by a specific date.
Items over $200 will be insured and a signature 18+ is required (unless under $200 or going by letter mail).
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON LOTS THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP TO YOU.
Shipping charges will be determined after preparation as we need to pack, weigh and measure each box. Your credit card will be charged this amount before the parcel leaves.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: At the conclusion of the Auction all items purchased will be charged to the Credit Card that was provided at registration to guarantee payment. If shipping is required for any purchase an additional charge will occur the day the item has been shipped 0 and a tracking number will be sent.. A $40.00 late payer fee may be added to any invoice that can't be processed at the conclusion of the sale. Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct number and expiry date. Recurring problem payers will be banned from future sales. Bidders are responsible for full payment of all their purchases at the drop of the hammer. Our Consignors are paid based on the hammer price. We will attempt to charge your credit card partial amounts until the amount is paid in full. Any purchase which has not been fully paid will be forfeited after two weeks. We will do our due dilegence in trying to resolve nonpayment issues as best we can but if we get no responce from buyer then the goods will be forfeited and resold at our discretion.
Any balance remaining unpaid after the resale may be referred to our collection agency, and or small claims court.

KOS Auctions do not guarantee or make warranties on any lot. We acknowledge that errors may occur, however, we endeavor to give you accurate information in the descriptions provided. We are available by email (pocomilitary@gmail.com ) and phone (604-796-0006) to answer questions and provide additional photographs prior to bidding, as required. No employee of KOS Auctions is authorized to make any representation or warranty, oral or written, with respect to any lot or item for sale other than the CEO.
KOS Auctions will not return or refund money if an item is not exactly in the same condition as listed in the online listing. All ratings in the online listing are subjective and are of visual opinion, no mechanical inspection is undertaken by KOS unless stated. Any concern on a listing must be addressed via email before the closing of the auction.
Any items that are purchased that we are not able to deliver will be sold at the next opportunity, regular commission charges apply to that secondary sale.
We require your full correct name and a mailing address for your items won. Customers who fail to do so, or who need the paperwork restarted due to an error on their part may be charged an administrative fee of $25.00 per lot. All sales are final and not subject to conditions. All merchandise is sold 'As Is' without recourse to the vendor. The Purchaser expressly acknowledges and agrees that in no event shall KOS Auctions or its associcated companies be liable for any damages including without limitation any compensatory, incidental or consequential damages.
The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. If we sell firearms that have been previously de-activated by others, these may not meet current or exportable standards. Firearms de-activated by others may or may not have a “de-activation letter” available. We are not able to search for letters for firearms de-activated by others.
