used Winchester Model 94 Pacific Coast Militia Rangers 30-30
These rifles were commissioned by the Canadian Military for civilian use during WWII. Farmers, Loggers, Fisherman and other civilians were armed to patrol the Pacific Coast and the Interior of British Columbia. There were approximately 2500 Winchesters and some Marlins purchased by the Canadian Government for the Rangers.
The Rifles were stamped on the receiver, buttstock and forearm with the C Broad Arrow Canadian Military marks. The were fitted with Sling Swivel bans, swivels and slings from Enfield Rifles.
Condition;
The stock is in good shape, with some scratches and minor dents. There is a deep scratch on the forend ahead of the sling band. The Military stamp on the buttstock is very faint. the stamp on the forend has worn off.
The receiver retains about 50% blue, and the barrel retains approximately 25% blue.
Appears to function as it should.
Bore is very good condition.
All Firearms should be checked by a competent Gunsmith before use.
